Brando

Head tattoos are always so fun.  I was really stoked on how this turned out.
Black and grey religious stuff is something I always enjoy.

Rizzo

Tattoo on our new shop girl/ piercer Rizzo.  Cool dagger I had in my sketchbook that she liked.  Today was my normal day off so I had plenty of free time.  Only problem is she kept making fun of me concentrating. She said my lips quiver. What a brat Riz

Johnny "Chingas" Cisneros

My boy Johnny finally gave me some real estate.  This dude has ink from some of Southern California's most respected black and gray artists.  His whole back, chest and ribs were done by my good friend BIG GUS, so I was really nervous to tattoo him.  At the end of the day, I must say I was impressed.  I had lots of fun and I was happy with how it turned out.  More to come on his leg soon.

Jeff "with the hat"

Today I had the honor of working on my good friend Jeff.  We finally finished work on his back by working in the light tones on his skull.  Jeff has been coming to me steadily for a few years now and really got a lot of work.  He lets me tattoo what I want, how I want, with colors I want.  What more could I ask? On top of that, my kids adore him because he's truly one cool dude.  Thanks Jeff. It's an honor to know you

November

UFC Light Heavyweight Brandon "The Truth" Vera.  Got to meet him at the San Diego Tattoo Convention

A close up of my pallet for the painting just below
Fu- Dog
Close up view of my Dringenberg that was photographed by my friend Wendi
A crying horse on my buddy Alex.  He was so drunk once when I tattooed him, and he told me his leg horse.  He was trying to say his leg hurts but kept saying it horse, so I designed a fun tattoo with an even funnier story

Portrait

Recently I did this portrait for my friend Becca. This is a photo from 1942 of her grandmother. Doing portraits of loved ones is always such an honor.

Sepia Rose

This rose was done for my friend Summer inside the bicep. Summer's idea was brilliant for the tattoo. She wanted a sepia tone to give it a soft feel. This tattoo , as with all her tattoos are a tribute to her sister who passed away a few years back, but this was our favorite to date. Very meaningful and lots of fun. Thanks Summer!
